The Fairmont Preparatory Academy Chapter
The Fairmont Preparatory Academy Chapter was founded by Sarah Harwell, Alex Kinsbursky, Maha Ishaq, and Marcos De La Riva.
We are currently still deciding to devote our work to a non-profit but have previously worked with Healthy Smiles.
We Raised 2,000$ for Healthy Smiles at the Cinco De Mayo Event
In July of 2019, we had the privilege of delivering the check to Healthy Smiles.

EMAAN M.
Emaan is the President of the OCcares at Fairmont and currently is a senior. Her passions include photography and art. She likes to spend time with her family and cats in her spare time. Also her goal is to help and learn more about different communities.
HODA M.
Hoda is the Vice President of the OCcares at Fairmont and currently is a senior. Her passions include painting and digital animation. She enjoys having indepth conversations about the controversies of the world.
Yen thanh b.
Thanh is a member of OCCare at the prep. She says, “I’m interested in language and photography. I also like to paint, take walks, and explore. I’m eager to learn about the world of philanthropy and what I can do to help my community.”

MAHA I.
Maha I. is currently attending Chapman University and majoring in Political Science.
Maha talks about OCcares in a postive light after graduating highschool, “Throughout my highschool career, I discovered my interest in social and human rights issues. OCcares taught me how to give back to the community through networking and working with other organizations for a good cause. I really enjoyed my time with the organization and appreciate all the learning opportuinities I received from OCcares and all those involved at the club at Fairmont Prep.”

ABOUT SARAH: Sarah plans on attending Duke University with a major in public policy where she will aspire to work for the United Nations to advocate for women's education and health worldwide. In her free time, she enjoys playing golf, watching movies, and reading.
ABOUT ALEX: Alex plans on attending Dartmouth College and major in political science. In his free time, he likes to go weight-boarding, play soccer, and spend time with his friends.
ABOUT MAHA: Maha plans on attending University of Southern California, California Polytechnic State University - Pomona, or American University in Dubai, where she will plan on furthering her education by aspiring for a JD-MBA degree. Maha is currently a beauty and skincare blogger.
ABOUT MARCOS: Marcos plans on attending Chapman University, University of San Diego, or Biola University with a major in business marketing and a minor in political science. He currently plans on pursuing music production and learning computer programming.
ABOUT OUR CHAPTER
The Fairmont Prep Chapter supported the non-profit, Serving Kids Hope in 2017~2018, which works to prevent childhood obesity in Orange County (http://servingkidshope.org/). The chapter now sells clothing from the brand E-Label, in which all proceeds are donated to Serving Kids Hope.
