Matt A. Sabrkhani

Matt is a focused communicator who finds exact solutions to complex problems no matter the business environment whether fulfilling a mandate to transform healthcare organizations by optimizing productivity, growing revenue, or revamping operational workflow. An analytically inclined healthcare C-Suite executive, Matt offers considerable depth across Business Strategy, Business Development, and Operations verticals, building a wealth of well-entrenched relationships with an extensive base of healthcare providers and legal professionals along the way.

Matt has engendered trust amongst his network for his ability to spot an opportunity and turn it into success building on a foundation of clinic-level management and first-hand interaction with all constituents ranging from clinicians to channel partners.  Matt’s commitment to methodology and excellence is surpassed only by his patient-centered, principled and culturally sensitive approach to the delivery of healthcare services.

Currently, Matt serves as Chief Operating Officer of SAB Group, a Healthcare Operations consulting firm that offers expertise in the development, establishment, and execution of operating policies consistent with organizational objectives, governance policy, and strategies.

Matt’s career has been spent enabling cost reduction while accelerating process efficiencies and quality improvements and identifying and prioritizing opportunities to improve and enhance the patient experience. In his role as President of Access Integrated Healthcare (“Access”), a specialized diagnostic imaging provider with locations throughout Southern California, he was responsible for growing the organization from early-stage to middle-market over the course of six years.  Matt was responsible for building its network of imaging centers through equipment purchases, site acquisitions, and general leasehold obligations. Leveraging his foundation as a medical equipment repair engineer and project manager, he was also responsible for overseeing all of Access’ field-level operations. As a result, Access consistently generates approximately 7,000 scans per month which Matt controlled with industry-leading performance metrics.

Previously, Matt served as Chief Operation Officer of Functional Restoration Medical Centers (“Functional”).  During his tenure, he led operational turnaround efforts including financial restructuring, operational automation, and centralized operational infrastructure.  Thereafter, the company was renamed United Medical Imaging (“UMI Healthcare”). Prior to his appointment at UMI Healthcare, Matt served as Chief Operating Offer of TMRI Healthcare, growing revenue and patient volume by 20%, Senior Consultant at MSC Software where he designed a unique EOM channel partner program for key accounts, Founder of Modern Medical Enterprises where he established clinics for evaluation and treatment of injured workers and General Manager of Scis Healthcare Services where he was Entrusted with the responsibility of strategic, financial and day-to-day operations of a full-modality mobile diagnostics imaging provider servicing 17 outpatient imaging centers, doctors' offices, and 25 hospitals in southern California.

Over the last two decades, Matt has established himself as a thought leader in the healthcare environment and is recognized as one of the early members of International Association of Medical Equipment Remarketers, an ethical business practices Association targeting the radiology field.  No stranger to awards and accolades, Matt was recognized by Dr. JM Patel for his role in successfully launching mobile diagnostic services covering the Southern California region and achieved President’s Club status as a top producer by consistently exceeding quotas while with MSC Software, consequently being named a member of the advisory board.  Matt was also responsible for processing the largest single prepaid transaction in the history of the company.

In addition to his executive career, Matt is deeply committed to not-for-profit causes, donating his time as an advisory board member to West Coast Ultrasound, CNI College and CBD college, and as a member, volunteering with the Association for Medical Imaging Management, The Radiology Business Management Association and The American College of Healthcare Executives.

Matt has earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from the University of Phoenix and in his spare time can be found spending time in nature with his family.


Josephine Lee

Josephine Lee is an industry leading entrepreneur and an award winning public speaker. She graduated from the University of Southern California in 2010 with a degree in Communication.

In 2011, she opened a dance retail store called Dancer's Choice Dance Supply in Irvine, CA. After recognizing a need for more accessible and knowledgeable pointe shoe fittings, she started a traveling pointe shoe fitting company called ThePointeShop in January of 2014. Since then, ThePointeShop has become one of the most recognizable retailers in the industry.

In 2016, she rose above 35,000 contestants to win 3rd place in the World Championship of Public Speaking. This etched her in history as the first Korean American woman to place in the final stage. Since then, she has given International keynotes and had the honor of being the first lady champion to be invited to speak in District 20 Middle East.

Founder/Managing Director,  has a long career of providing leadership and developing leadership in others. As ASE’s Director, she has worked with over two hundred and fifty not-for-profit organizations, catalyzing tens of millions of dollars in new revenue for innovative charitable ventures. For several years, she served as an Adjunct Professor in the Social Entrepreneurship and Change Masters Program at Pepperdine University. She now teaches in the Business Department of Golden West College and consults on programming at several other universities.

Densmore is an entrepreneur herself, having founded three hospitality businesses, an insurance agency and two nonprofit organizations.  She is co-owner of two restaurants. Prior to launching ASE, she lead programs for a global training and development organization, served as the Executive Director of a community foundation, ran an energy services social enterprise, and was a Manager of Consumer and Community Affairs for a Fortune 500 retailer.  Born in Massachusetts, and a veteran of 25 years in the Midwest, she now lives Southern California where she is currently serving on the Board of Innovative Housing Opportunities and as a Vestry member of St. John the Divine Episcopal Church.
